About Us

Providence Christian School is an independent, private primary school that offers an academically rigorous and Biblically sound education across all curricular areas. The Constitution and Vision of our school are based on the Reformed Confessions and historically Christian ideas about the education of Children.

The school operates under the auspices of the Lewis Christian Education Association and is governed by a Board drawn from the Association.

As a Board and as teachers, we are committed to creating an environment where every child feels safe and included. We want all the pupils in the school to be challenged academically, socially and spiritually in line with their abilities and development.

As PCS is not supported financially by the state, tuition fees are charged to help cover the cost of running the School.

The School Board does not want financial constraints to prevent any parents from using PCS. As such, a Bursary/Discount system is available, and details of how to access it will go out along with the Application for Admission form.

We work closely with home-schooling families, and there are various part-time options available.

Above all, we seek to glorify God and serve Him in all our endeavours.
